Falcom Composer Credits Master Post

All it takes is to ask. Naoki Kaneda (now Kim's Soundroom), and Atsushi Shirakawa (now TENMON), are on Twitter, and through constant communication, I've managed to get many composer credits from them for many of their games during their time within Falcom. Unfortunately, Hirofumi Matsuoka passed away (RIP) before I could contact him, and the other members I am looking for (Masaru Nakajima, Takahiro Tsunashima, Satoshi Arai, Mieko Ishikawa) are too difficult to get a hold of. Trust me when I say I really tried to reach out to them. However, despite my tireless efforts, all those trails have gone cold.

Fortunately, I managed to get a lot of information out of the two I got in touch with. In the VGMdb website you'll see all my contributions for composer credits for the albums I inquired about. The issue is that the information is all over the place. With this post I'll concentrate all the information into one easy to use post with all the composer credits I've unveiled.

In addition to all this, there are a few other people who helped in this project. Particularly Josep (jdkluv who runs the Falcom Music Channel) and Preta, who were able to find even more credits to the point where we now have full breakdowns for many games. Many thanks to them and for the small community of people interested in this for the team effort. We were able to achieve something that didn't seem possible out of our passion and determination to research and investigate Falcom's music.

Introduction

I work on many projects online. I'm leaving VGM-Archivist on Tumblr and Spirit_Chaser on VGMdb to focus on this newp roject. This blog is as a result of my love and passion for video game music, particularly what Falcom put out from the 1985-2002 era. This blog will produce my research into the old members of this sound team in an effort to find as many composer credits as I can. In addition to that, I'll be reviewing soundtracks I really enjoy also.
